The one quality that could lead to a better sex life

When you think about hot, steamy sex, you don’t often imagine ‘scheduling’ it in, do you? But a study has suggested that those who are handy with their Google Cal have better sex lives than those who take a more relaxed approach to bedroom antics.

Men who are thorough and dutiful may feel the need to satisfy their partner sexually, which may in turn lead to better sexual function of their partners. High conscientiousness can be beneficial when it comes to putting effort into a satisfying sexual life or to postpone one’s own needs and interests to focus on resolving a sexual problem within the context of committed, long-term relationships.

It’s all based on a study published in the Journal of Sex Research.
