Stress is a libido crusher and …

you are not alone. It’s way too fuckin’ common!

Female sexual interest/arousal disorder (FSIAD) occurs when the body doesn’t respond to sexual stimulation.

  • 40% of women experience some type of sexual dysfunction, such as FSIAD in their life.
  • 8.9 percent (from ages 18 to 44)
  • 12.3 percent of women (from ages 45 to 64)
  • 7.4 percent of women (ages 65 and older)

Although it’s common, this disorder is traditionally hard to diagnose due to the lack of awareness around the condition. But when we are aware of it and it’s causes, it can be overcome.

Healthline has an excellent article, Understanding Female Sexual Arousal Disorder that covers the symptoms, causes (including psychological like stress, low self-esteem, poor body image and more), who gets it, and how it’s diagnosed and treated. It’s well worth an investment of 6 minutes that just might help you solve a lifetime problem.
