Sex after 50: “How often” no longer matters …

Because sexual frequency is not connected to your happiness!

It’s true. Relax. After 50 many things get better … and better. And sex can be one of them.

It’s not the quantity, it’s the quality. Of course, quality has always been important but a few years ago (2016) a study by the Social Psychological and Personality Science (SAGE) journal found: “For people in relationships, sexual frequency is no longer significantly associated with well-being at a frequency greater than once a week.”

And …  get this. “Sex may be more strongly associated with happiness than is money.” [Read that again].
